Owner

Chris is proud to own Rock with his wife, Aimee. When he enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1989, he never envisioned the path would ultimately bring him to running a plumbing, heating, and air conditioning company. After many years working on the residential service side, he knew he was ready to bring a new kind of company with the highest level of customer service to homeowners.

Starting Rock Plumbing, Heating, & Air with her husband Chris has been a dream come true over twenty one years ago. Aimee’s father owned and operated a plumbing company, so she is excited to continue the family business. Aimee enjoys pilates, traveling, and spending time with her grown children, Mikaylin & Austin.

HVAC Install Manager

Luke is excited to be a part of the Rock leading the HVAC installation team. With extensive years of experience in the industry, Luke appreciates being able to help homeowners find comfort in their home.

Call Center Manager

Mimi comes from a long line of plumbers and has been in the industry for over 15 years. She has a wide variety of (proudly) nerdy pursuits outside of work, but her number one passion is turning CSRs into CSRockstars.

Plumbing Manager

I have been in the plumbing industry as a licensed plumber for 15 years. Although, I was basically born in a plumbing shop conducting labor work for my dad as a teenager and I remember that at a very young age I would help my grandfather stock plumbing fittings at my family’s plumbing shop. All in all; I like to think I have a lifetime of experience, but there’s always more to learn.

Hi my name is Zach I am a native to Colorado. I married my high school sweetheart and we have two beautiful daughters. I have been in the HVAC industry for what seems like forever and I love what I do!

Hi, I’m Sara Stephens, and I have lived in Colorado for about 4 years now, and I’ve been working at Rock Plumbing, Heating & Air for 3.5 years! I started as a CSR and worked my way up to the dispatch manager. Helping customers has always been a dream of mine, but working for a family-owned company that goes above and beyond for not only their customers but their employees is a dream come true!

Hi, I’m Tyler! I enjoy watching & playing sports. I have lived all around the US, and have found myself now in CO and loving it!
