HVAC Installer
Rock Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is currently hiring for an HVAC Technician to join the Rock Family. This is a full-time position, working as part of a dynamic team to complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately.
Salary for the HVAC Installer
- Annually: $40k – $80k
- INCLUDES A $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!

Responsibilities for the HVAC Installer
- By working closely with the installation manager, warehouse manager and installation apprentices, you will complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company’s financial goals.
- Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
- Maintain a clean, organized job sit and well inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations.
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, feedback, and other documentation.
Requirements for the HVAC Installer
- Excellent customer service, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Knowledge to install heating and air conditioning systems with a proven track record, but we will help train or teach the right individual.
- EPA certification with knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
- Have a valid Colorado license or obtain one within 90 days.
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
