i had another HVAC company come out to do a check on my two year old furnace. I was told the heat exchanger was damaged and the furnace was leaking carbon monoxide. I then called Rock and requested that Mitch come out (a recommendation from a ...neighbor). He came yesterday, said that there was some damage to the heat exchanger but it certainly wasn't leaking carbon monoxide and did not need to be replaced at this time. He did find some issues with my hot water heater installation which I had him correct. I would highly recommend Rock and certainly Mitch.Read More...
I called Rock Plumbing to have my Rinnai serviced and was very pleased with the professionalism of Mario De La Torre! After looking at the waterless hot water heater, he explained what he needed to do to service it and he kept me updated on the progress. ...He left the room clean when he was done and I appreciate that!
