Tyreece was my technician for my annual air conditioning cleaning and check up. It was a rough day for Rock heating and air with multiple emergencies which pushed my 8:00 to 1 o’clock time slot to 5:00 PM. I was kept in the loop all day by automated text messages and Tyreece which was much appreciated. When Tyreece arrived, he immediately informed me what he was going to be doing, and how long the appointment would take. After Tyreece did the checkup he explained to me in layman’s terms what was going on with the air conditioning unit and what needed attention, but not immediate attention, which I appreciated since I was not expecting to replace anything since my AC unit is just 6 1/2 years old. All in all Tyreece was very professional and knowledgeable in and helped me understand the situation and the importance of getting it repaired.
